tailgate cap lights

I saw on the internet that there is "tailgate cap" lighting system avilable for Ford pickup trucks, I think it was for the F150.  Is there such a item for the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado, I really do not want the strip that is below the tailgate.  I would like something a bit different.

Looks like Anzo is the one who makes them.  No Colorado though.  Very limited offerings.  F150, Tundra and Silverado/Sierra.

Personally, I don't like either one but the under the tailgate looks much more cleaner and less obnoxious.
