I’m desperately searching for a free or inexpensive wiring diagram for this 91 kodiak c60

I seriously doubt you will find all of the lighting on one diagram. They are usually split up between front end (headlights, running lights, etc), cab (instruments, lights, fuses, etc) and rear end (tail lights, turn signals, license plate light, etc). And there is usually one or more sheets for various engine/transmission combinations, 4 wheel drive, etc.

 

That said, you might try the AutoZone web site. They have a wealth of info and diagrams. You'll need to set up a user name and login, do the login, add your truck, and then click on "Repair Help", "My Vehicles", and follow menus to find the diagrams.
