2004 camber bushing installment

Hello.  On my 04 sierra I noticed my torsion key bolts are not even( way off).   The upper control arm bushings look worn bad. I picked up some moog adjustable camber bushings hoping this will fix the problem.   I also have a 2 inch rear and 3 front lift kit and my question is how do I know what degree to set the bushing at +1 or - 1.
