Lowering My 04 1500

Anyone know where I can find some leaf springs for my 04 1500 Sierra, and probably some coil springs for the front?

Wouldn't you need some shackles for the rear instead of new leafs? Or I am crazy? I've been looking to lower my truck's rear (about 2") to level it out. Any suggestions? Can I just buy shackles or do I need new leafs?

I lowered my 2000 regular cab with some Shackles. It was a piece of cake with a floor jack and a couple of jack stands. I really like the look it gave and cant wait to do it on my 2003 Sierra. If you call Trukin at 100-289-9980. They have a set of 2" drop shackles with Serk fittings for 27 bucks.

That is a good price for the shackles.

4" rear : shackles and front leaf mount drop

after that you start removing leaf springs and flipping axles
