Has anyone else had any issues with this particular code? I will be making my 5th trip to the dealership (92 miles away) this week to address this issue (P0096 code). They have changed out multiple temperature sensors but the code returns within 24-72 hours and the screen will have the incorrect outside temperature on it. Not really sure what to do next…this is becoming very expensive with gas prices being what they are.

The temp display on the DIC comes from the ambient air sensor, all it shows is the ambient temp as opposed to the inside (cabin) temp.  P0096 is an intake air temperature (IAT) sensor fault. Either IAT1 or IAT2.
