03 Avalanche Right Blinker

I have a 2003 Avalanche, when my headlights are off my right blinkers works just fine. When my headlights are on my right blinkers will NOT work, they stay dimly lit. I changed the flasher relay and replaced the bulbs. Are you able to help me with this annoying problem??
