What's the trick to get the pump loose so I can put a new belt on. Do yo have to loosen the bolts right behind the pulley?

I've got every bolt loose except one right behind the pump pulley, but you cant get a socket on it.  I just got this truck.

Thanks

Yes you need to loosen those bolts. On my 1991 they are #45 Torx.  I used a 1/2" socket on the pump pulley to turn when the belt was loose. Use 1/2" flex handle in square hole by pump to move the pump. After belt was tight had to use 19mm socket on bell housing pulley to turn motor and power steering pump to retighten the torx bolts.
