Door lock issues

I recently starting having door lock issues with rear drivers side door. Door wouldn’t lock or unlock with key fob or push button on drivers door.  This went on for a while, then all the locks on the truck starting doing the same thing. Child locks wouldn’t even work while vehicle was in motion. I took the truck into a GM dealership.  They discovered the door handle on the rear passenger door was faulty. The handle needed to be replaced. I haven’t see any recalls. Has anyone had this issue
