Seat and Console Swap 08 into an 05?

I have a 2005 crew cab Silverado 1500 , and as most my driver's seat is a bit banged up. I found a full set of seats, front and back , plus a center console from a 2008 ... will these bolt in easily or would I have some major work cut out for me ??

Oh and side question , where the heck do a find the front grille bowtie emblem from the Dale Earnhardt edition ??

I wouldn't know for sure, but I'm guessing that's going to be a bit of work. I can't see that being a bolt-in job. That console hides a magic box or 2 in the 900 series trucks.

 

That said, anything is possible with determination and a bit of elbow grease.
