Anyone else have and issue with the radio?  Every time I start the vehicle a 2022 GMC2500 I have to go through all these screens

about the vehicle being in demo mode.  I lose any sirus presets every other day and my I phone will not stay connected.  Curiously

this all started when my on-star subscription ran out.  The dealership says that they have to take the dash out to see the model

number of the radio head that is in the car.  Then they'll put it back together order the part and take the dash out again to replace

the radio head.  I can't believe that they can't find out the radio head without taking out the dash the first time.  There must be

a manifest of every part in my truck. No? Anyway anyone else having problems with their 2022 radio?  I also love my own music

so bought a CD player that connects through the usb port, but radio wouldn't recognize it.  Suggestions!!!

I am not sure about the problem but they shouldn't need to pull the dash in the '22 to get to the radio.  I had both a '22 and a '21 and in the older one I had a rattle.  I took the center stack apart with trim tools and whatnot and found it was a little module rattling behind the display.  You could probably do that yourself and give them the model number.  If you do it, spread all the clips apart before you put it back together to keep it from rattling.  I feel a dealer wouldn't be that careful.
