'24 upper glove box sticking

Anyone know a fix for the upper glove box (passenger side of vehicle) not opening? I have the GMC, not sure if the Chevy shares the same design? If the interior is cold, pushing the button and releasing it will open the compartment door but any time it's a comfortable temp in the cabin, it wont release. I looked at it while open and don't see any obvious way to adjust it.

Not sure, mine seems to be working properly. I have seen it being a problem in several reviews I watched before picking the truck up so there are others with the sane issue out there.

Mine is pretty sticky as well. Opens on the first try about 25% of the time. When it does open, it’s pretty much like a jack in the box. Should be a soft open. Pretty pathetic on a 90k truck.
