I just installed a 6 inch lift and bigger tires and rims on my 2014, Silverado 1500. a month now after doing so my steering is making a rubbing noise only driving slow making turns like while parking and while stopped and holding the break, but if I let go of the break, the noise stops. I have brand new upper and lower ball joints brand new hub assemblies and my tie rods are greased. it looks like my steering box is moving a little bit but I know it is mounted on rubber bushings but I don't know how much is too much. i've included a video of me sitting in the parking lot while holding the break and turning the wheels left and right and you can hear the creaking sound that it makes.
