Called AMP this morning seams that its a typo on install instructions.  It should be the light grey and my light green/grey strip is in pin location 24 not 29?

Did you get this resolved? working now?  I have mine installed, only thing left to do is connect these wires...  I was told it is the farthest back plug and is pin 29 for the grey plug.

And 2 wires to the BCMs

Interesting.  When I installed my AMP steps only needed the OBD port and power from the battery.

I'll be interested to hear if you notice any other effects.  I believe, since installing mine with the OBD plugged in, my start/stop function has been disabled.   Haven't unplugged them to check though.

That would be awesome, but the current ones have two wires that have to be tapped into a couple plugs.  It is a royal PITA if you don't have perfect eyesight and flexible to get to the plugs in the drivers foot well.

I had the wire to the light green plug the black connector I didn't need because I have a regular cab and the black plug would of been for the rear doors.  I do love them and they do not make noise like some people said on a previous thread.

Yea, I was coming back here to ask about the noise...  Mine seem to clunk pretty loudly when retracting, esp the drivers side.

ok, I looked at mine again and fixed most of the klunk...  I didn't read the manual close enough and the rear mechanism is supposed to be one hole forward of the rear holes...  I just put them in where the stock running boards were...  I guess I should RTFM.  😔
