2011 Silverado 1500 Service Brake SYstem

Have a 2011 Silverado 1500. Runs and drives as expected.  About 5 minutes after starting to drive, truck drops out of cruise control, and the following notifications pop up: Stabilitrac Off, Traction Control Off, Service Brake System.  This is accompanied by the dinging alarm, which stops after a bit.  The traction control and brake lights come on on the dash.  THe brake light goes off when the dinging alarm stops, but the traction control light stays on.  

 

Anyone experience this before?  Any ideas??

Might be a wheel speed sensor.  You should scan the ABS/Stabilitrac system for codes.  If there is a problem with those systems the cruise control will shut off, that is normal.
