Passenger front flasher, mirror signal, DRL not working

2016 GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain.  Recently purchased this truck and the passenger front flasher, mirror signal, and DRL doesn't work unless the headlights are on.  I was thinking it may be a ground issue but wasn't sure which ground or where to start.  Any suggestions?

Might just need a scan and codes reset from previous DTCs.
Sounds easy, I know, but it's worked for me a number of times.
I have my own scan tools and just rest the TPMS last night. No TPMS light today.
I've also scanned and erased legacy DTCs which were affecting turn signals from after market tail lights.
No more issues afterward.
