Tahoe rollpan

I guess it fits in this section better. Sorry about double posting. So the dealership wont install the rollpan b/c framerails have to be trimmed. Should I attempt this myself and then install on my own or should I look for anther place to do it?? Where would I go????

I thought about putting a rollpan on mine, but decided I would paint the bumper when I saw it would be neccessary to cut the frame. Once you go that route, you will never be able to put a bumper back on.
