windshield washer pump on 96 tahoe

my pump died the other week and will prob. get a replacement. where is it located, under the storage box, off the side of the fill tank or else where in the engine bay area? yea, i have no svc manual as you can tell. also how much should i expect to pay for a replacement?

I don't think they are very expensive, check to make sure your pump is actually the problem. A lot of times the lines get clogged.

The pump is located on the side of the tank under a plastic cover that is velcroed on. If your Tahoe has a tailgate it will have 2 pumps, the front one is the one located closest to the bottom of the tank. About a 20 min job to replace.
