I have a 2003 silverado 1500 im doing leds all the way around ive dont the front and added load equalizers for the front blinkers with no issue, however ive started doing my rear turn signals ive used a probe to find turn wire and common (ground) it would seem that every wire combo i do with the equalizer makes both passenger aswell as driver tail lights and signals blink. Aith the equalizer not used at all i have hyperflash as expected but my brake light and turn signal still blink together on the respective side any help with this would be greatly appreciated ive done as much research as i can with videos and forums with still no fix

Yes.  Return back to factory and it will all work correctly.

What brand tail lights did you buy?  Good brands like Anzo for example come with a resistor box that you mount and plug into the new LED tail light.  No cutting or splicing or whatever wizardry you are attempting.
