Change lights properties

Hey, I've seen a few posts on this topic, but nothing is very clear. I own a 2017 Silverado 1500 that I imported from Canada. I'd like to have the "normal" headlights with the amber lights activated as parking lights and be able to turn them off whenever I want, outside of automatic mode. Is there a solution for this? From what I've seen, it's all about programming. Could you shed some light on this?

 

PS: I'm in Europe.

Shouldn't just turning off automatic lights just do it?
Certainly, it bounces back for the next start but I've read where some have removed the debounce so they can turn off the headlights until they want to.
