Cargo Lamp Flasher?

Is there any type of modules on the market that are SPECIFICALLY ONLY able to make the cargo lamps flash? (Just the white light) Do a ton of highway work and the light-bar on top gets blocked from vehicles behind and need a way for oncoming vehicles in the rear to see me. I know there are modules that make all your factory lights flash but I’m in California and it’s a big no no to have any type of red flashing. Truck is a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado HD, any tips or leads would be greatly appreciated.the mirror shown here
