4.3L Exhaust Ideas

I'm gettin' ready to do some exhaust work on my 94' 4.3L. I'm in need of a new cat, and I thought I'd go ahead and have a little fun while I'm at it. What kinda setups sound/look good with these trucks? I have a black single cab, stepside bed.

Because my truck has been rearended, the driver side is a little off. The door sits a little off and requires force to close as it hits the pillar a little at the top. In a bit I have to pull interior apart to redo carpet pading and I'm gonna steam carpet as well. I don't really care about drone inside the cab, but I suppose dynamats would be easy to apply here right?

  And there aren't any "bellows". There are solid plastic doors the actuators move, which largely seal just by themselves, and then have a strip of foam around the edge to better seal the door. The foam does deteriorate over time, but this is unlikely to be a significant cause of the problem.

  are the heater controls set for hot or cold air? If it's set for hot, and say, to get air from outside the cab (vs recirculated air), even w the fan off, air will get pushed through the hvac system, over the heater core and into the cab. Switching it to cold will reduce the temp to whatever it is outside. Switching to recirculate mode (which may mean switching to vents or whatever, read your owners manual), will reduce the amount of airflow through the hvac system.
