Traded in the ZR2

Yep,worked a deal on a new Sierra 2500 HD 4x4 last night after doing alot of thinking and just figured that it's time to seperate the toys from the actual transportation.I'll probably grab an off road specific vehicle in a year or so but I'm incredibly happy with what I have now.

It's the 6.0 because I just couldn't justify running two Duramax trucks since the wife still has hers.

 

I do like the 4x4 shifter being on the floor in this one by the way.

The 6 still has plenty of power. Oh yea the shifter in the floor is definatly nice, to bad it is so uncommon now.

Yes, I have been in an OBS K truck when the electronics did freak out, and we needed 4wd. Well for that matter I have been in a 95 K1500 with the stick after someone left a wire unplugged that went to the font hubs. At least that was human error.

The last time I saw the Z,it was at a dealership about 20 minutes from my house Jeremy.Maybe they'll put it on their used lot or maybe they'll wholesale it out,not sure on that one.

Well,I actually managed to find my old truck.After a few weeks of going over it they decided to put it on their lot and on the internet as well.Here is a link to the ad and though they don't post the price,I did stop and look at the truck.They are asking $13,995 for the truck which is way more than anyone should pay.

 

It is good to see that they left my red "Oh Sh!t" decals on the dash handle though. You can actually somewhat make it out if you click on the bottom right hand picture on the ad page.

 

edit-Ahhh,after clicking the link go up to "Inventory" toward the top and click on Pre owned.The truck should be toward the bottom of page 1 I think.
