Envoy XL and updated Aztek

It is nice that the explorer will have some more competition, but the envoy xl looks, well awkward. the doors seem kinda strange, maybe they should have stretched the rear window more.

As for the aztek, it looks better, but you won't be seeing one in my driveway..i think instead of trying to improve the aztek, GM should put energy into an f-body replacement

what do you guys think about these vehicles?

I like the whole new line of the tblazer, envoy, bravada.. There has been a lot of nice stuff done to it and the truck will only get better IMO! I will admitt that the XL does look like an awkward body.. It just doesnt look right...

As for the Aztec what else can you say but EWWWW! I guess its a Love/Hate vehicle.. I just dont like the look that you were just ran into by a tractor trailer!

I wonder how long it will be out before they chop it out like the Fbody??? I cant really see it being a big seller because i see lots of them passing dealerships..

Kind of bad for a feature vehicle of a Ford Dealer to be a Aztec when there is are mustangs on both sides of it.. LOL

i like the new GM SUVs too, but the xl versions need a more natural look, they seem like a last minute after thought with those long doors

some dealerships near me are selling azteks $10,000 below the sticker price, they just can't get rid of them

yup, my dealer has $26,000 azteks selling for $16,000, good deal, but not good enough to get me to buy one

The craze around here has died down for them.. Just like the beetle.. I passed a VW dealer in Toronto and they have a used Beetle parking and they have a crap load of them! The aztek will be the same in a while.. The only thing thats helping them at all is the fact that they have an option for AWD

For 26000 US dollars *list price* you can get a pretty nice car/truck and be better off..

I know basically what sold them is they look different but you can only be different for so long before it becomes and eye sore!
