windshield wipers

My windshield wipers started acting up. When I turn them off they dont stay down at the bottom anymore? They come back up an inch or two then stop? Anyone know of this problem?

It could be that the nuts on them are loose. You can tighten them at the same point where they start. I think there is a cover on the nut, but you should be able to just pop it off. If I am reading this right then my buddy has had the same problem and all they need is to be tightened

If you have Intermittant Wipers (pulse) the module may be bad,specifically the PARK circuit...there's a contact arm that rides on a wheel under the module thats screwed on2 the wiper motor..if the contact is worn it throws the "timing" off for the park.....if the wiper transmission (linkage) is loose, the left (drivers) wiper would travel past the windshield on the up stroke...at least thats what I've experienced......the module is about $30-$50 from the dealer and you dont have to buy a whole new wiper motor....

Do you know where the module is located? I need to take a look at this before I spend whats left of my hard earned $$$$$$$ after TAXES of course.

The module is bolted to the windshield wiper motor,the motors wiring harness also connects to it...There r 3 torx head bolts that hold it in place..once you take it off,you will see the contact arm and wheel I mentioned earlier...hope this helps
