New Keyless Remote

I have a 2003 Burb with programmable seats, stearing wheel buttons for DIC, etc.

 

My keyless remote (Driver 1) went bad, so I took it in yesterday and they gave me a new remote but after leaving the dealer I realized that it is programmed as Driver 3. Is there any way I or the dealer can reprogram the remoter to be Driver 1?

 

I've done a search of past posts. So I think I know how to get it into programming mode, but it seems to be written for adding remotes, not replacing.

Thanks. Been lurking for months. Finally had an issue of my own.

 

I have the cd version of the manual. Which I think was a mistake because I much prefer to leaf through a paper manual. I'll take a look tonight and see what I can find.

Checked my manual tonight and for some reason I'm missing the section on "transmitter programming". If anyone could post this information I would appreciate it.
