How do I access the OBD on my 2002 Trail Blazer?

Once there, has the code list been published on the web?

All my Caddies have had driver accessable OBD....

I'm Thinking the TB should.

The codes from the computer are there. You can only access the codes using a scanner or computer with a program to read the codes. The codes are documented fully in the GM service manuals and the standard codes can be found in the Chilton's or Haynes manuals. They can also be looked up here:

On vehicles with OBD 2 (1996 to present) you cannot easily access the codes by shorting 2 pins on the connector.
