Oger,

Welcome to the board!

Moving up to 305/75s is a jump, assuming stockers are 245/65. They are about 4" larger in diameter which would roughly change your spedometer by 10 mph. To fit those meats you'll need to add one of the following: a 4" suspension lift ($1400) or a 3" body lift ($250) and crank your torsion bars.

These are just off-the-top-of-the-head choices. Call a place like 4 Wheel Parts (877-474-4821) and an expert will let ya know the real answer since they do installs as well. They are one of my favorite shops.

Good luck!
