2003 6.0 motor replacement

GM is replacing my motor at 21000 miles. Just wondering if anyone

has had there motor replaced and what did they replace it with new or remanufactered. Are there any 6.0 liters with more horsepower I could replace it with.

You could possibly put in the new 6.0 High Output motor

GM is replacing my motor at 21000 miles.

Then you are stuck with a GM goodwrench 6.0l for that specific application, unless you want to foot the bill yourself then you can have whatever you want.

May I ask why GM is replacing your motor?

My engine was replaced in my 2000 Silverado when it was under warranty. GM replaced it with a brand new engine from the factory. Dont allow them to rebuild your engine at the dealer. Request a new crate motor from the factory. Why are they replacing your motor under warranty?

Mine was replaced at 6k. New engine. My truck is an 03. Still knocks like a bitch. Spoke w/ attorney, looks like we're filing a lemon.
