Having Problems with Defective PRO COMP Tires

Note: All statements of any wrong-doing are (alleged) just like UFO's do not exist.

I have problems with PRO COMP Tires.

These DEFECTIVE tires caused my vehicle to drift twards one way of the road after I had my brand new truck aligned.

4 wheel Parts refused to refund and/or replace my tires (12,000 mile) even though I had bought their $100.00 tire warranty, so I took the following actions that a company really hates.

I decided to look their Company Reliability Report on the Better Business Bureau website located at ww.labbb.org. It stated the following below:

4 wheel Parts has an "Unsatisfactory Performance Record" with the Better Business Bureau when it comes to answering consumer complaints along with the following below:

*Delivery Issues

*Difficulty obtaining Refunds

*Overcharging

*Poor Installation

*Poor Customer Service

*Billing Disputes

*Failure to Deliver Ordered Merchandise /Missing Items/Incorrect Items

I first mailed my complaint to the District Attorney's Office (Consumer Protection Division) and included their poor Company Reliability Report. Addresses for every State have been available below.

LOL!! Here's to you , yeah, I mean what ever happened to do the right thing.

Let's hope the judge drops the against them.

I didn't tell you guys the whole story, I bought a supercharger from them and they did an improper install.

They dripped installation silicone in my oil pan, which clogged most of the the oil pick up scoops filter screen causing overheating and detonation.

This turned the brand new (6,000 mile) engine into a grenade.

Let me tell you the dirty little secrets of 4 wheel parts.

Company policy when an ERROR occurs either in shipping and/or installation is to make the customer absorb the cost of re-shipping and/or rental car expenses.

How do I know, the President of the comapny did it to me while we were standing in front of the main corporate headquarters.

In addition. 4 Wheel Parts and the BBB had practiced(CONCELAMENT OF COMPLAINTS) by transferings actual filed coplaints against stores all over the U.S to the (Main Corprate Address in Compton, CA)

When I filed my complant against one of their stores for, "Improper Installation," the address was magically changed from that store to the Main Corporate Headquarters in Compton, CA.

This type of deceit/trickery gave all their other stores a near, "Perfect/Spotless" Satisfactory Record.

As you look at Better Businness Bureau Company Reliability Report for the Main Headquarters in in Compton, CA at www.labbb.org/ it states the following:

4 wheel Parts has an "Unsatisfactory Record" with the Better Business Bureau when it comes to answering consumer complaints along with the following below:

*Delivery Issues

*Difficulty obtaining Refunds

*Overcharging:

*POOR INSTALLATION*********
