Stock cam is like a 259

 

313 horsepower @ 5200 RPM and 345 ft lbs

 

255/278(forot exact #s) is like 378 horsepower @ 6000 RPM and like 366 ft lbs @ 4800 RPM. Comp Valve springs were added

 

276/302 is 413 horsepower @ 6600 RPM

 

I would like to with 255/278. Impressive #s. Only like 10 to 18 ft lbs loss @ 2000-2600 RPM. From 2600 up, you have more

 

Also, they ran the motor up to 7200 RPM and didnt float a valve.
