Reprogram GM Remote/Keys....

Okay I lost my set of keys to my Bravada, and it was the DRIVER ONE Set.

 

However I have a spare set of remotes, both driver one and two at home, but they are not programmed for my vehicle.

 

So my question is how do I reprogram this remote to work with my car?

 

Also can I change the "PassKey" code so that my lost set of keys can't start the car anymore?
