According to the GM website, yes. The only difference between the regular cab and the extended/crew is the regular cab has only 4 speakers, and the extended/crew come with 6.

 

From GMC.com (Canyon Options):

 

"Sound system, ETR AM/FM stereo with 6-disc CD changer, includes seek-and-scan, digital clock and auto-tone control, speed-compensated volume, TheftLock, Radio Data System (RDS), 4-speakers on Regular Cab models and 6-speakers on Extended Cab and Crew Cab models (UC6)"
