lumbar support

I was on a road trip this past week and my lumbar support did not work. It is not the fuse, because when I push the button on the side of the seat, it will dim the headlights while trying to work (driving at night it was very obvious).

 

Anyone else had this problem?

 

Is it maybe the pump motor? pinched line? Any idea the price to fix such an item?

 

The truck is a 99 z71 with 86k miles on it.
