I was looking at some gauge clusters, and I heard that the tahoe police units have a 140 mph speedo ( check out the GM web site under commercal)

There should not ba a restriction on ordering the gauges, There are some dealers if you know them well enough that will let you order a complete police package vehicle.

If you can get the part number, you may be able to order it from gmpartsdirect.

140 mph speedo...cool! I was excited when I got the 120 mph speedo! That means that your truck will be 20 mph faster than mine! (J/K)

Um....... okay. All it will cost is a few hunderd dollars to change out a gauge to get 20MPH!!!! I'm in!!!!!!!

what does it matter if your speedo sticks @ 120 and you dont know how fast you are going. That way when or if you get pulled over the officer will say do you know how fast you were going and you can say 120?
