extended cab rear window

does anyone know how to remove the rear door windows (push out windows) from an extended cab 2001 silverado?

The rear quarter window glass is mounted into a metal frame that is glued to the door's window opening. The glass is mounted to the frame by a rubber gasket on the front edge and the lock mechanism on the rear edge. The only way to remove the window is to cut the glue and remove the whole assembly. As with the windshield, it's best to let a professional glass guy do it.

The frame is actually a composite material. Nearly impossible to remove without breaking it. The window does detach from the frame though, I have taken them out several times.
