Do you think it's worth it?

I found a 2000 Chev Tahoe LT with 75 000 Km on it, fully loaded and comes with Onstar feature. For 26,000 Canadian. I don't know where alot of you guys are but anybody that is familar with the canadian car market what do you think this truck is worth. If I deal with the salesmen do you think 20,000 is a fair price. Or could I go lower? Let my know what you think.

What it the currency exchange for canadian to US. I may be able to give u a better suggestion then.

If the salesman is happy go lucky then you are paying to much. If he seems to be getting irritated with you during the haggling faze of the deal then you are cutting into his commission and then you get a better deal.

Thats about $31900 usf is my math is correct ($1.227 usf =$1.00cdn as of 12/18).....and that seems a little high for a '00

You're right Slick, I did screw that 1 up...the Canadian dollar is worth $ 0.81334 US

So $26000 Cdn is $21152 US....Thats a little more reasonable and about the going rate.....I should have waited till I woke up before I posted that this morning
