Throttle Body blade

Surfin eBay as usual here...always lookin for good deals. I was looking up throttle bodies and I stumbled onto this. Do you guys think it really works. I know there wont be substantial gain, but do you all think this is a better concept than the throttle body spacer. Here is the eBay auction link below.......

By the way I own a 97Tahoe, and a Wester's custom programming is comming my way in early spring. I currently have a throttle body spacer from AirAid; got it from a friend cheap. Do you guys think this TB blade will take advantage of the tune from Wester's

I had a 97 s10 w/ the 4.3. it's a common mod, i pulled my tb off, cut the lip w/ a die grinder and smoothed it out w/ a file and reinstalled it. I know w/ an auto it doesn't take nearly as much throttle to get off the line, actually becomes too sensitive to some people, on the 5 speed I had just seemed to let it breath deeper on the top end.

Idid the saME thaing to my sonoma 4.3 before I traded it. The best mod you can do to the truck for notcable gains on the 4.3 is the k&n FIPK2. The throttle blade will not give you noticable gains alone in acceleration but will assist in the airflow with the FIPK.

changing the blade is time consuming and not worth money and hassle
