help wiith fog lights

I just installed a pair of pro comp 55 watt driving lights mounted on my bull bar. I wired them into the park lights so I can run them without the headlights on. I wired the switch on the dash and everything is hooked correctly. The problem is that after 10 minutes or so the park light fuse blows. Is it safe to take the 10amp fuse and replace it with a 20 amp? Is this a possible fire hazzard?

That isn't going to work out for you. You need to wire the parking lights to the coil of a relay if you want them to operate with the parking lights on. When you turn on the parking lights the relay pulls in. The normally open contact of the relay needs to be wired to the positive battery and the driving lights should be wired to the wiper of the relay or vice versa so the relay works like a toggle switch. You will probably melt the parking light wire if you put a larger fuse in. Power=Voltage*Current 110watts=12volt*9.2amps + whatever the parking lights already pull. This way the only added current to the parking light circuit is the draw of the relay coil which is probably a few hundred milliamps. Your instructions for the lights should have the appropriate drawings and instructions to do this. Don't keep running them this way as you will do very bad things to the wiring harness.

Yep, tryn is correct. You will need to add a relay (and probably an inline fuse to the lights) to the system and use the parking lights as a trigger for the relay. Make sure you size the relay correctly or you are right back where you started.
