Subs and Amp with Stock HU?

I've got a set of JL 10W0's with a planet audio amp from my old Camaro. Can I put these subs in my truck without any major modification? I plan on just setting the Camaro box on the floor in the back of my truck.

I don't know how well that box would fit back there, and it probably won't sound as good as it did in your camaro...But yes, it can be done fairly easily.
