Adding Factory DVD

Has anybody added a factory DVD to a factory TNR NON LUX Nav HU?Would it be the same as adding the 6 disc changer like in a Denali?I just got my TNR Nav and wired the 6 disc changer from a Denali.Now I want to add a Factory DVD. I have a OEM harnesspart # 15143668 that I got from my GM parts guy. I got that # by using a friend of mine VIN from his Tahoe that is equipped they way I want my Yukon.

Yes it works just like OEM .
