Trany Question

Hi Guys,

 

Nubie here and this is a great site.

 

I was hoping you could tell me if a 700R4 trany which was mated to a NP208 transfer case is a direct bolt-on to a NP241?

 

The donor is an 1987 chevy Blazer 4X4 with a 350 and NP208 transfer case. I need to get the trany into an 89 Chevy 1500 with what I believe is the NP241. (the motor on the Truck is a 305 but that should bolt right to the 700R4)

The bolt pattern should be the same, maybe the shaft is different?
