350 Bogs down after 80MPH?

Hey, every time i get up to around 80MPH with the pedal to the floor my 350 bogs down. Its not a huge loss, but it is noticable. What would cause this, i have replaced the fuel pump, and fuel filter. I also just installed Accel Exreme 9000 Wires and AC Delco Platinum plugs. Now when i first got my tahoe it was faster then my friends. He has a 98 350 Tahoe with the towing package. When we race now he pulls on me like no other and i dont know what happend, we both have the same things done to out tahoes. Also if i am going about 30MPH and floor it, it kicks down in to 1st, then shifts in to second real quick causing it to bog down even more. I dont know what could be causing all this, please help. SELL IT AND BUY A FORD!!!! LOL, JUST KIDDING GUYS DONT SHOOT ME, hmmmm it sounds like theres to much fuel or something, or the tranny isnt shifting right
