Fuel filter

I am planning on changing my fuel filter on my 1997 Tahoe, 350, 4x4, 2 door. I dont know for sure where it is located, I think it may be along the under side of the frame around the driver side door? I am wondering if it just screws on and off, or if there is some kind of special tool, and or trick to get it off and on? I am also going to do the Sea foam treatment. When I do the seafoam, I have heard that I need to change the oil soon after, I am wondering about the spark plugs? Any chance of them being fouled from the seafoam? I have not found the Seafoam yet, or have any idea what it cost? Any advice will be appreciated.

Carquest carries Seafoam here in Georgia...Beleive its about 6 bucks a can here..Have always changed my oil soon after treatment in the past...

I use Seafoam and have not had any trouble with plugs fouling.
