Looking to buy a truck

I am looking to get a truck. I have played around with my civic for a while now and well I miss my truck and want to get another...I am looking at spending about 16K or so. I want an extra cab. Need to be able to tow an 18ft boat. Its going to be a daily driver, so mileage is somewhat of a concern for me. Mostly looking at what years would be good. I will be lifting it most likely...I know kinda defeats my goal for mileage.... Any suggestions or pointers would be greatly appreciated! thanks...
