Installing Bilstein Front Shocks on 1995 Tahoe

I am planning to put bilstein shocks on my 1995 tahoe and their website says you have to modify the lower mount ( lower mount may need additional clearance in order to install 46 mm shocks) from web site. Has anyone installed these shocks and what needs to be done to the lower mount.

 

Also can anyone check a gm part number for 12474720 factory rear bilstein shock will this fit my 1995 4dr 4x4 tahoe.
