i am working in a 1997 gmc 5.7 vortec motor. Someone has been into the engine before me and removed the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose (basically some idiot took it apart and didnt put it back together correctly) well i cant figure out where this hose goes if anyone knows where the location of this hose is i would greatly appreciate it! :)

I take it you have removed the upper intake manifold and you are looking at the fuel pressure regulator attatched with a retaining clip to the fuel meter body, which houses the fuel injectors. The fuel regulator should be positioned with the vacuum port facing down. If im not mistaking, it should push into a hole with an o-ring seal directly below it on the lower intake manifold. I could be wrong but i don't think there is an actual vacuum hose to connect.

I can't believe no one has replied to this yet.

Good luck
