Hypertech programmer message?

Hey everyone! I've been reading the forums here for the last few weeks and finally decided to join in on the fun! I just got a new Hypertech Power programmer III #30022 for 04 - 05 GM trucks/suv and during the programming, right before the "writing" stage, I get this message.

This worries me since it's exactly the opposite of what I'm trying to achieve. I do notice increased acceleration and it doesn't feel like I've lost any power. Anyone have similar results or heard of anything like this? Thanks in advance!
