Aux1 and Aux2 not accessible

I had Car Toys install an adapter so that I can use my MP3 player on my stock radio. It worked great for 5 monhts, but now I can no longer scroll to Aux1 or Aux2 on the radio. Car Toys says it's all working on their end, and they've never seen this happen. Any idea what the problem could be?

  Ha!! So GM Customer service, ive already been talking with someone on your email team and there is nothing they can do. So pretty consistent with everyone else’s experience- you can do NOTHING.. worthless emails. Sure glad i have 4 GM cars on our family cuz now its clear you dont care.. Sad and pathetic.
