Tilt Wheel Problem

OK guys i know this should be in the classic truck forum but there was no one in there and i need an answer pretty quick there is alot of play in my tilt wheel im pretty sure there is a bolt to tight but i can find it... if anyone knows were the thing is located or if its not a bolt how to fix the wheel

There's a collar deep in the bowels of the column that has three screws holding it. These come loose, causing the tilt mechanism to be loose. Some get so bad you can move the steering wheel 3-4 inches up and down.

 

It requires just about complete disassembly of the column to get to these screws.
