Shock suggestions for a mild lift

I have the ford keys amounting to ~2.5" taller up front and a helper spring in the back which brought it up about 1" and am in need of new shocks on my 99 Z-71 extended cab NBS.

 

Is there a slightly longer shock out there? Can I use a 3/4 ton shock? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i would suggest that you go with a higher end shock like a rancho instead of a stock shock.
